How it works
Pick Your package
Decide if you just want lines or if you also want unlimited calls and if you want us to provide headphones / deskphones or not and pick the appropriate package
Work out how many you need
Count the number of people who need to have a phone. If one person needs multiple phones (Office, home, laptop for example) then we can deal with that but each person needs their own "line"
Optionally Add Broadband
If you have decent broadband then we are happy for the calls to use that. Unlike some other companies we don't make you take our broadband. We will however test your broadband and advise you if an upgrade would be advisable.
Consider Hardware Options
We often find that the routers provided by internet service providers are not up to the job so would recommend replacing the router with a good quality unit. We can both supply and install those during the installation. This is also the time to consider the hardware you are going to use to make and take calls. By default we provide a "soft phone" solution that works on Windows computers, Android phones and Apple phones. Most laptops have microphones and speakers but computers often do not and it's worth looking at USB headsets
We will work with you to construct a call plan
Once we have got the basics sorted we will be in touch to work out how you want your system to work. Weather it's one number that rings on all phones or a more complicated multi level menu system with call queues, announcements and different things happening at different times of the day we have got you covered. As part of the process we will also provide voice recordings although we are also happy for you to provide your own.
