Ex business partners Gareth and Dylan were having a chat in the pub one day and both bemoaning the long contracts, complicated bills and lack of flexibility in many phone systems that are still being peddled today

So we decided to do something

With us both having customers in need of modern phone systems that allow flexible working and flexible contract terms we decided that we would do something about it and joined forces once again to form KISS Telecom.

Month to Month Contracts

So we decided to go with monthly contracts ensuring that our customers are with us because they want to be not because they HAVE to be. This also allows our customers to scale up or down as and when they need to without suffering penalties.

Putting You First

We also decided to proactively build our company around putting our customers first. This ethos extends from the plan for our customer portal and custom software through to providing all inclusive calls and no restrictions on call queues, call recording, ring groups or other system features.

So, who are you

Introducing the Team

Dylan - MD & Software guru

Dylan has been a software developer for 20+ years and a company director for 19 firstly with Gareth at WFF systems and more recently with Cerberus Software where he remains the Managing Director.

As well as working on the software and customer web portal for KISS Dylan is also in charge of the day to day business operations of the company.

Outside of work Dylan enjoys scuba diving and taking long walks in the countryside near his home on the Shropshire / Staffordshire boarders

Gareth - Technical & Infrastructure geek

Gareths main calling is IT Networking, Infrastructure and Security but has also worked on telephony systems for many years. He has been an IT Pro for 20+ years and started his first company with Dylan in November 2003. He is currently the sole director of Quietly Confident Technology ltd, an IT Support and managed services provider.

The main job on his list for KISS is keeping the servers up and running and ensuring the back end software is all secure and up to date. Gareth also looks after provisioning new servers as new customers come on board.

Outside of work Gareth is a husband and father of two. He spends most of his spare time as a Scout leader in Barlaston, Staffordshire and has been a member of the scout association for 36 years.
