Your personnel can 'log in' to KConnect on any phone. Each person can receive calls directly to their extension, or as part of a department such as Sales. KConnect can pre-announce a call before the caller is connected, so personal and company calls can be distinguished.

Whether you just want the phone answered in the company name, or would like to direct callers to the most suitable person to deal with their enquiry, KConnect can be set up with a menu system making your company indistinguishable from your larger competitors. The messages callers hear can be recorded by yourself as part of the set-up process, or for a little extra, we will arrange to have them recorded by a professional voiceover artist. Or you can just play them ringtone!

A Choice of Numbers

On signing up for KConnect, you can choose what sort of phone number to give your callers. FreePhone numbers cost the caller nothing, though you will have to pay for the cost of their call. Another approach is 0844 which is a 'Lo-call' number costing about the same as a national rate call and revenue neutral to you.

0871 numbers involve a cost to the caller, but can generate additional revenue for your business. If you are receiving a lot of calls from abroad, a +44 207 number is a good choice since it is guaranteed to be accessible from overseas. And you can now also select from geographical numbers from hundreds of UK regions.
